How Cheap Bacon is Made

This is how they make mass produced bacon. It’s not pretty but it does make pretty cheap food. If you would like to know how people make premium or homemade bacon check out this post at BS Brewing.
Rule # 1: Never fry bacon naked.Trust me.
This is disgusting how? Really the only practical difference between that and the homemade stuff is real smoking which makes it taste 1000x better but doesn’t make the other disgusting.

When did I say this was disgusting? All I said was its not pretty. Which its not, injecting bacon with flavor is not a pretty sight to see. I like my bacon smoked!
