By 2012 everyone will have a Pong Table

Ever since I started playing Wii Tennis, my love for Pong has been reawakened. The game has always been fun and enjoyable to play. I guess that’s why designer Moritz Waldemeyer created the Pong Table.
The table has 2,400 embedded LED lights under the surface, which means when you’re done playing you can use it as a regular table. You control your paddles with touch sensitive surfaces at either end. The only thing that could of made this better is if it showed the score.
If this table was for sale I would consider buying one. I wonder why no one has jumped on this idea and started to sell it. I can’t be the only person that would pay money for this. If Ikea can sell amazing $1 frozen yogurt, I am sure it can figure out a way to bring this table to the masses.
