I got the chance to try bacon & Bourbon Ice Cream at the Brooklyn Bacon Takedown a few months ago. It was amazing, one of the best ice cream’s I’ve ever had. The bourbon gave it almost a coffee flavor and there were nice chewy chunks of bacon to be found. Of course, the ice cream won the cook-off.
