Bacon LIVE: Porkapalooza Cookout and Technical Difficulties

On today’s show we had a few tech issues. I got a new microphone that I wanted to use on the show but since I didn’t test out my setup first we had a few technical difficulties that we had to over come.

On top of that, we had a storm in the area that knocked out our internet. That means most of the ustream feed was not recored. Luckily we record the audio for the podcast on my computer so all was not lost.

I am sure we will get everything figured out for next week.

We also got a chance to talk to Greg who held what he calls Porkapalooza in his back yard. He told us the inside story on how he cooked his amazing pork dishes. Check out his website NicoleandGreg.net for the recipes and photos.
