Cooking bacon is an easy task when you know how to do it the right way. A video by Chow.com shows you a lot of the common mistakes people make when cooking it. There are a lot of other ways to cook bacon, let me know what your favorite way is. I prefer the pan method but when you’re cooking a lot of it, it gets messy.

I never knew leaving it fatty was a ‘wrong’ way, cos I’ve always liked my bacon with the fatty bits intact.
I was taught from young to prepare it over low heat though, so that I got it right.
