Bacon art spotted in Louisville

The photo you see above was taken by Ben Thomas, here is what he had to say about it.
I apologize that the picture is so blurry, but it should be good enough for a ‘field’ or ‘bacon in the wild’ submission. I found this piece of art displayed at Actors Theatre in Louisville.
If you downsize the image enough, you can make out “Oil & Bacon on Canvas.” On the piece of art itself, you can see bacon stains in the bottom left quadrant.
There is a lot of art that I don’t get and this is one of them. So is the artist trying to say, I hate poetry but love bacon? I would like to hear what you guys have to say about this.
I would also like the thank Ben for taking this photo, and would encourage everyone to do the same.
