So I was reading Bacon Unwrapped and saw that Heather interviewed James Villas, renowned author of numerous cookbooks and food-related essays. It seems that this guy wrote a whole cook book about bacon called The Bacon Cookbook. The book contains over 150 recipes for enjoying bacon!
I wish I would have found this guy first, but Heather beat me too it. Go to her website to read the short interview she did with him. My favorite question was, “When eating a piece of bacon on its own, which do you prefer – crispy or chewy”?
